Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Beyond this window we can no longer accept returns unless the product is defective.

To be eligible, the item must be:

• In its original condition and packaging
• Unused, unworn, unwashed
• With all tags, accessories and the water bladder still sealed

We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet these criteria or to apply a partial refund.

Send an email to contact@flow-stride.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you want to return
• The reason for the return
• A photo if the item is defective or damaged

Our team will reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except when the item arrived defective, damaged, or if we shipped the wrong item — in which case we cover the return shipping.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. FlowStride is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you a confirmation email. If the return is approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. The exact time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.

The fastest way to exchange a color or size is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been used or where the water bladder seal has been broken. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

If your order arrives defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at contact@flow-stride.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping.
